Microsoft just announced the general availability of Azure Key Vault. This new security feature now extends to all regions except Australia. The Azure Key Vault is a cryptographic key management service used by cloud applications. This feature maintains control of keys that access and encrypt your law office’s data. Basically, in a situation where data leaks occur, only your company will be able to decrypt that data. With Azure Key Vault your law firm can control encryption keys and passwords by using FIPS- validated hardware security modules (HSMs). Also, it’s accessible through all applications you develop and with all applications that are already integrated with Azure Key Vault.
