Azure Active Directory Connect is a tool and experience for connecting on premises directories to Microsoft Azure AD. Microsoft has recently announced that Azure AD Connect is now generally available to Azure AD customers including Office 365 customers. With Azure AD Connect you can choose from single or multiple directories and it enables single sign-on password sync or federation with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and thousands of other SaaS applications.
